Once you’re ready to go ahead, a 50% deposit and signed contract confirms your booking and we get started.
Plan
The most rewarding shoots are the most prepared ones — and preparation is where confidence comes from.
Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll send you a questionnaire to get a true feel for your brand — your personality, goals and visual style. From there we have a planning session covering everything from wardrobe to locations to key shots, with a moodboard to make sure we’re completely aligned visually.
Everything is then captured in your personal Shoot Guide — a detailed schedule, shot list and checklist so the day itself feels effortless rather than stressful.
The Introduction package includes a 25 minute consultation in place of the full planning session and Shoot Guide.
Play
This is where it all comes together — and where most people are surprised by how much they enjoy it.
Just follow my direction, be yourself and let me handle the rest. I’ll be working through your shot list while staying open to the unplanned moments that often make the best images.
Celebrate
Around two weeks after your session, your gallery of proofs will be ready to view. Take your time selecting your favourites and I’ll deliver the fully edited final images shortly after.
For The Library package, the full edited set is yours — no selection needed.

Seasonal Spotlight (Mini Sessions)
Brand Photography ExperiencesThese Seasonal Spotlight sessions are a fun, easy way to keep your visuals fresh & on point for the season – and ensure you have relevant imagery to reflect your business.
These are held quarterly in a variety of locations, both indoor and out to give you variety as well as creating images that allow you reflect any new offers or projects you want to talk about.
These sessions are charged at £195 for 30 mins, including 10 images & are available on specified dates throughout the year. While they’re mini in size,the approach & detail remains the same, with a consultation included.
If you book all 4 sessions across the year, you receive 12 images per session! Why? That’s a new image a week!
The Spotlight Circle - (Group Sessions)
Brand Photography ExperiencesThis is one of the most affordable ways to keep your content fresh and relevant throughout the year.
Join me and a handful of other entrepreneurs & business owners for a couple of hours, creating magic (& images) together. These are held quarterly throughout the year, using a variety of locations within London, in a variety of locations, gorgeous architecture, cute little high streets & as well as an outdoorsy look. We’ll make the most of spring & summer colours and perhaps a little warmth for autumn and a festive vibe towards the end of the year.
These sessions are £100 and include 3 images, (from a selection). The session itself takes around 2-2.5 hours, and includes a planning call.

What images will you take?
I’ll take some time to get to know you and your business. We’ll chat about your goals, your brand vibe and how you plan to use the photos, whether it’s for your website, socials or marketing. That way, we’re totally on the same page and can make the most of your shoot.
You’ll get a mix of photos that truly tell your brand story: classic headshots, relaxed portraits, behind-the-scenes moments, action shots of you doing your thing, and even some fun off-duty images as well. It’s all about creating a collection you can use for different needs and platforms – showing off the best in you and your business.
So, how do I get ready for my brand shoot?
Yay! Now the exciting stuff can truly begin. We chat before the shoot to get totally clear on all the details from location, outfits, the vibe and shot list. I’ll also give you a copy of my client guide, which provides suggestions on all these topics and a structured plan of the session so you can be fully prepared.

I’m terrible in front of the camera, help!
You’re not alone! Honestly, I don’t like being in front of the camera either, but that’s exactly why I’ve created a Getting Camera Ready guide just for you. It’s packed with practical tips, plus some mindset magic, to help you feel fully prepped and confident before your shoot.
During your shoot, I’ll be with you every step of the way – guiding you into natural flattering poses that feel like you. We’ll review the images as we go so you can see how things are looking and feel good about what we’re creating together.guide you and find poses that suit you and flatter you.

And remember, feeling nervous is totally normal, especially if this is new for you. But once you’ve warmed up, I promise: you’ll start having fun, and you might even love the experience. Brand shoots are all about celebrating you and your business. Many of my clients say they feel super empowered after their shoot.
Where should we have the shoot?
I always recommend that your location reflects your brand – and London has so many options. The outdoors works well for many, choosing surroundings that are in line with your brand vision, from the centre of the city to a more nature based setting if that’s in keeping with your brand. We can work in your home/ workplace, space and light permitting or use a local coffee shop or place you’re comfortable in. You can book a co-working space or meeting room creating a professional indoor look. And, if you are having a longer shoot, then I recommend using a dedicated shoot house.
How long before I receive my images?
Images are available within two weeks. You receive the first cut of your images from which you choose your final images, which are fully edited within a couple of days.
Your images are provided in both high resolution, ideal for print purposes, and web resolution so they can be uploaded to your website
Do you have memberships for existing clients?
Yes! The Seasonal Spotlight can be used as a Membership – it’s an easy way to stay consistent and relevant with your brand imagery. There is a discount if you book all four sessions, with each session then priced at £165.
